Shipping Policy

UD Safety Shoes is committed to delivering your order promptly and efficiently. The following outlines our shipping terms, timelines, costs, and limitations. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms stated below.


Delivery Timeframes

Our delivery process is divided into two key periods:

1.Processing Time (24–48 hours):

• Order confirmation, adjustment, quality inspection, and packaging.

2.Delivery Time (Approximately 8–12 Business Days):

• The time required for your order to travel from our international shipping center to your delivery location.

• Estimated delivery times for major destinations:

◦ USA / Canada / Australia/Singapore: 8–12 business days.

• Holiday / Peak Season delivery times for major destinations:

◦ USA / Canada / Australia/Singapore: 12–18 business days.

Please note: Shipping times do not include potential delays due to customs and duties. Additionally, there may be longer delivery times during peak seasons such as Christmas, New Year, Black Friday, or Valentine's Day.

Shipping Costs

We offer the following shipping option

•Free Standard Shipping On Order $89 Or More

•Standard Shipping: Cost $20

Customs Duties & Taxes

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, or fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are not included in the purchase price or shipping fees and are the sole responsibility of the customer.

If you refuse delivery of your order due to customs charges, you will be held responsible for:

  • Original shipping charges

  • Any duties, taxes, or customs fees incurred

  • Return shipping costs


Carriers

We partner with DHL, FedEx, and UPS for most shipments. Carrier selection is at our discretion and may vary depending on the delivery address and package size.


Tracking & Notifications

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You may track your shipment via the carrier’s website or through the tracking link provided.


Split Shipments

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages or from different fulfillment centers to expedite delivery. You will receive tracking information for each shipment if applicable.


Shipping Restrictions

  • We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses. Please provide a valid street address at checkout.

  • We do not ship to U.S. territories, APO/FPO addresses, or embargoed countries.


Address Changes

To request a shipping address update, please contact us immediately after placing your order. We cannot guarantee address changes once an order has been processed or shipped.


Lost, Damaged, or Stolen Packages

UDsafestep Shoes is not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after delivery confirmation or due to:

  • Incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided by the customer

  • Delays caused by carriers

  • Acts of nature or third-party theft

However, we will make reasonable efforts to assist you in filing a claim with the shipping carrier and resolving the issue.
